Concern grew as night fell and she didn't return, prompting her parents to report her missing. The ensuing search mobilized the entire community, but despite extensive efforts—no trace of Stephanie was found. Over the years, the case grew colder, impacting Stephanie's family profoundly, and despite ongoing interest and renewed investigations over the years, her whereabouts remain a mystery.
